Did the mods find a solution to the actual problem (emails not being received) of this thread ?? I don't think changing email should be a solution to the problem
Apparently not. I don't know if anyone is even looking into it. I haven't seen any indication of that in any reply. It has rendered DP almost useless. Hopefully someone will realize how big of an issue this is and get it fixed.
Well how can possible? Some people getting their notification like me and some people does not get it like it. I think DP team should come here with some information.
ok umm ill try to explain a lil bit. the problem is that the servers that send back a ping or something to validate the sender's ip (dp server) is not recieving validation in other words dp servers are not validating emails on the server to server end or something gmail does not validate the sender thats why it works personal/paid services however are affected greatly

Yep notifications work for me since i shifted to gmail from my personal server. I really didnt think it through when i changed my email, and i fixed the problem with my personal server too now. No reason in changing my email back heheheh

OK. This is KGL and the account that I am posting from right now is my brothers account. My account "KGL" went dead to any notifications from DP on Tuesday of last week. I have contacted Shawn and Sarah about this and Shawn has been on numerous times since I sent him a message via the DP contact form at the bottom of the forums. I get a message saying that my DP inbox is full, well, I know for fact that there is only 4 messages in there. I tried switching my email to my Yahoo! address, no go. Now I'm locked out of my KGL account. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! MODS, HELLOOOOOOOOOOOO?!
