No editor for my category?

I was looking in the category I feel is the most applicable to my website, and noticed there is no editor named at the bottom. It just has a link to volunteer to become an editor. I noticed in other categories it specifies who the editor is.

Does anybody have any firm knowledge of whether or not that means any submissions to 'my' category will be in an un-moving queue since no editor is specified?

Move up directories, as if one higher has an editor, then yours doe (as they have access to any below theirs). The higher ranked editors also have access to your category... ultimately meaning that ALL categories have an editor.

Of course that does not mean the wait time won't be two years or more to get in... even if there is a named editor.

My suggestion is to just move on and promote your site by other methods, and to continue adding to the site itself. If an editor happens across it on the web or through the queue, then good for you, but never, ever hold your breath for that to happen.

    eric ( is that your name ? ) ,
having a named editor does not suffice saying that your listing will get reviewed , it all depends on the availability of the volunteers time .
If you decide to spend any time with regards to this , spend it before submission in reading the instructions for submission . Good luck on your other promotional endeavors for your site.

This thread is 101 days old; a question was asked; it got answered; why bump it? Are you link dropping?
