Well, Ebay France (the first message in this thread) just reversed a chunk of ACRU's, guess that's was the bug!?!?

On the good side, ebay dumped a ton of cash as chucks (one for each site) into my CJ account as "sim_sales" (seen by downloading the commission statements).

This has happened in the past, grouped sales marked as "sim_sales". Any input on this Shawn?

Yeah, I got hit hard by the eBay France reversals... $2,536.18 worth of reversals for me. But truthfully, it put me back to where I really should have been with it.

BTW, for France they are CRUs, not ACRUs. ;)

I haven't looked close enough to see any bonuses/makegoods for eBay US though... too many transactions, so I really only look at them at the end of the month (raw data dump into my MySQL database).

Can you post the affiliate networks outside of cj? Any problems with signing up with them outside the country's they represent (ie: login info in a different language)?

I wanna get the japan and china networks if they exist.

Some are not public programs yet.

As far as I know there isn't even an eBay Japan (much less an affiliate program for them). I would save your time on eBay China... not even worth doing anything with IMO. By *far* the worst performing country I work with (both on terms of individual transaction payouts and conversion ratio).

Yeah... Believe it or not, India is about 8x better than China for me.

I just bought a free hosting site with ads, it has 5000 accounts and 70% of the traffic from it comes from tw and china. I kinda wanna kill the those accounts off or promote ebay. You think it's worth it? It gets 7000 uniques a day.

You have to do creative PPC to make a profit with something so competitive. It's not impossible, but definately not easy.

Truthfully, I wouldn't even bother... Let's say 7,000 uniques/day at 5% CTR would give you roughly 350 clicks/day. My EPC with China is $0.12, so you would be looking at roughly $0.04/day in income.

Ok i just signed up and sent a little traffic ebay's way and i have 5 or 6 sales which are paying just like .15 cents each but the real money is in a new lead of course. I have 2 leads showing for registrations but 0 money. Is this because they registered but did not bid or post an auction? Or do i just have to wait for them to approve the registration. I figure you guys will know because your in the program as well.

Little off topic im new to CJ - do they update all sales for all advertisers in about 30 mintues? Im just wondering so i know if i sent someone a few hundred visitors and no actions are reported that I made no sales or should I wait X hours/days before the action shows up.

    Thanks for the help
