No earnings?

So far this month I've got a bit over 1000 impressions and 40 clicks, but only $0.02 in earnings. Is this normal or should I be getting more? This if for the gaming blog in my signature.

 

Game niche is low pay niche and i believed that some of the click are invalid click

 

It is a low price click,I think you should up blog or up high price keyword.

yes it must be a low paying niche but with 40 clicks $0.02 is so less i think there must be some invalid clicks that you have got

 

ahhh... gaming niche is one of the lowest paying niche in the adsense, that's the reason of your low income. If you wanna earn more, simply try to gain more traffic and hence more clicks..

 

Why?...........I know very few people who are earning very good amount.....Cheek it out why it's earnnig is so low.

 

While gaming is a low paying niche, it isn't THAT low. In fact it would almost seem like all of your clicks are invalid and you got 2 cents from impressions.

to be safe I would contact google and submit a form on the invalid clicks section of the adsense help area. Just explain to them that youve gotten 40 clicks for 2 cents and want to make sure that they are legit and that you aren't receiving invalid clicks.

the gaming niche IS a lowing paying niche, but I used to make around 4-6 cents per click on an old gaming site I had.

 

You should be getting more - as others have said, it looks like Google isn't counting many of your clicks due to suspicious click activity.

 

Thanks for the advice, I contacted Google. Not really into it for money though, but it would be nice to make a little bit since I'm so close to the $100.

your niche ha low keyword price. Better try other high paying niche like travel, health or mortgage blog.

 

Try to get organic visitors to your site. Google pays high amount per click for organic traffic.

 

Try experimenting with your ad placements.

 

I think, there is maybe about smart pricing impact. it means your click by visitor from non premium country. You can analyze your visitor with histats dot com have nice features to do it.

 

40 clicks with $0.02 is too low

Contact Google, most probably they are detecting click frauds
