hello, if you have a page, like download.php you have like 1000 words in it, but the content never changes, will adsense ban me?

i send people to links like download.php?id=BPMcihPSgzB and on there they can click on download button, but it relinks to popup.php etc, so no fresh content

    will google ban me?

As long as the page contains valuable content and the popup you have been referring to is open only upon clicking on a download link, it should be fine. Of course, I'd need to further analyze your page to assess the likelihood of being banned anytime soon because of that page.

Its the advertisers you need to keep happy, annoy those, they get onto google and stop spending so much and google comes looking for why the advertisers are unhappy.
