Perhaps you should read the adwords documentation or use the learning center.

Your quality scores probably sucks and you may have competition in other countries.

No, I meant you may have competition in other countries targeting a country other than your own.

More than likely it's your quality score. What does adwords say it is? Poor, OK or Great?

You're just not an insider, or someone who spends $50k a month or more on adwords. EBay spams adwords with irrelevant ads, and I bet they don't pay top dollar for their clicks.

It seems to me the more you spend the less you pay per click.
When I was spending $50/day my ads wouldnt even get shown. When I started spending over $500 my money is gone well before midnight. Some days its gone by 5.

Regarding the minimum bid. How many other advertisers do you see when you type in your key search terms? I mean are there literally no advertisers?

"I advertise a niche product, and I'm the only advertiser on many of my keywords. I thought I could bid the minimum CPC of $0.01 on those keywords, and have my ad show. Yet, my minimum bid is much higher. What's up with that?"

    The answer is here.

How many eBay ads do you see showing up for competitive keyterms?

The majority of eBay ads are run by affiliates I believe, who bid on long-tail queries and cheap junk to try and get their affiliate cookie set on your computer.

    You have been GOOGLE SLAPPED!

Avoiding this slap could be as simple as changing your domain. Is this an old domain that has been slapped, but worked before? Or is this a new domaind with a new ad group?

The whole "google slap" thing is a myth.

Avoiding this mythical slap could be as easy as taking the time to understand the Quality score and how it impacts accounts.

.. or even pausing your campaign for a day or two then resuming it... strange technique that has worked for me in the past when my 15c keywords were deactivated unless I upped them to 8 dollars once. A two day pause put me back on 15c again.
