15 cents a day is way way way too low a budget.
I'm guessing that the 37 impressions were on the content network because there's no other way you've got any impressions for 1 cent.
These are just ridiculously low figures. If this is all you can afford, then you can't afford to use adwords, it's as simple as that.

37 impressions is not a lot. If you get a few hundred with no clicks that's when you can start worrying.

Then, as Magda said, you your budget is very low. You will not get a meaningful campaign with that.

Content network means that basically, your ad is show on people websites amongst articles etc. Content network is cheaper because user don't click as much on those ads.

Then you have the search network, that's probably the biggest Adwords "battle ground". The most important part of this is where you see ads on your right hand side when you search for something on Google.

Now, Search advertising is extremely competitive simply because that's where you find users most ready to buy. Because you tailor your ads to their search queries your ad is shown only to people who are looking for what you've got, at a point when they are actually looking for it.

With the bids you've set your Ad rank will probably be too low to compete on Google Search.

You definitely need more impressions to make a decision.
If you want immediate results increase your CPC bid so that you get a No.1 average position.
You would definitely get clicks at a No. 1 postion
But this in no way would guarantee conversions

You need to increase your quality score dude. Its really easy too once you know what you are doing. Keep keywords on page and in titles and in AD. Also make sure your ad is is easy to navigate, transparent, etc... I've been killing lately with PPC.

The content network gets a much lower click through rate than Search - under 1% is not unusual. So - how many impressions are you going to have to get to get reasonable traffic? Furthermore, if you are getting impressions for 1 cent, then they are appearing on sites that nobody else wants to advertise on - probably 2 month old blogspots written in broken English.
Improving your ads, increasing your quality score - this are irrelevancies compared to your ridiculous budget. You cannot get anything out of a fifteen penny budget. That would be a cheap price to pay for one click, it's not a daily budget.

    hi,
first of all for 37 impression if there's no click don need to worry about it.

but in the meanwhile be specific on the keywords and the ad copy.

use the key word in the ad copy. try out DKI then.

work out on improving the quality score, than anything else.

I would lose content network and increase click budget and CPC, 37 impressions is a really really small amount to take any conclusions even if you have the greatest ad ever.

CTR depends on your ad text and ad position. Since your ad position is okay, you may need to change your ad text to something more catchy. 37 impressions however is too small a sample to make a judgement call on

try changing the content of your ad on adwords and the placement too if your ads are shown in irrelevant sites then no matter how much you bid the ad is not interesting enough for viewers to click on it.
