no change why?

    can any one explain why my site does not change .i have bought PR6,PR5and PR4 links for my site.still it remain on PR0 www.specialdir.com

    the fact that you have bought them may be the issue. Google prohibits link selling and may have disregarded the link if they know it's coming from a known link seller
