Just an update. 3 Weeks after I ordered and I still don't have my views. He sent me a few vague promises at first but has failed to make good on any of them. He hasn't answered my emails or PMs in a week. Avoid this guy unless you are looking to throw money out the window.
Replied to PM's. No more free reviews available, thanks. In regards to Incy, you've made it sound like you have sent me multiple emails and PM's. In your last post you stated: 'He also hasn't responded to PM's for several days.' Yet by this point you had sent me ONE PM, less than 48 hours prior. I also did not send 'vague' promises. I stated we had database issues and we were working on this, an announcement was also posted on the website, which clearly you did not bother to check, as none of these 'multiple' attempts at contacting me went to our support or sales email. Our site and terms also clearly stated that it can sometimes take over 1 month to complete 100k views, depending on the time of year or if you have an express account. You've given it TWO weeks. Whilst I'd rather this thread didn't turn into a discussion between us, if you could email your reply to I would be glad to work with you to reach a solution. Regards, Patrick
Here are the facts: I ordered 3 weeks ago, got a few views then for 10 days you said your servers were down. Ok I waited.Then when you said you had fixed them you sent me a PM saying they were now working and I would be top priority 4 days ago. Since then not a single view. When I ordered initially from you and asked you how long it would take to get my order fulfilled you said "A few days". It's been 3 weeks. I think that getting less than 20% of your order fulfilled 3 weeks after you order when you told me to expect it done in a few days is cause for serious concern. You also seem to think that it is acceptable to run a business where you don't respond to your customer's questions and concerns for several days. This is nowhere close to acceptable nor is it a problem I have run into with any decent service provider I have ever used. Clearly I put too much faith in your ability to deliver, communicate and act professionally. I have learned my lesson. I really don't appreciate the fact that you are trying to paint me as some kind of crazy customer when all I have asked for is for you to deliver on your promises and to actually, you know, give me what I paid for.
PS After your server having technical problems for 10 days straight and then you claiming they are resolved your website is now down. Maybe you weren't ready to launch.
You ordered exactly 14 days ago. That is not three weeks. You sent me two PM's, the first I replied to less than 48 hours later after explaining I had an exam. Where do you get 'three weeks ago' and 'several days' of no communication? But as previously stated, if you'd care to continue this through PM or email.
