I have tried updating my home address in my profile with COPEAC twice and the site says the update has been submitted for review but no one ever reviews it or updates it. I have also e-mailed the support e-mail address on their website and have gotten no response. Is this normal for COPEAC? I'm wondering if I should pull my campaigns with them.
I earned $50 from copeac at least 1 year ago. My account was inactive since then, so deactivated my account. I mailed them at least 4 times, but nobody has ever replied me! I think it is very normal with copeac, it really sucks!
