No Ads Showing Now

I have recently noticed that ads are not showing on my site. My ads.txt file is basically empty. I noticed that I was using an older version of the coop .php and a older version of the .cgi (this had a caching problem - this is probably the issue).

I think that my ip is being blocked. Shawn can you unblock it now I have all of the recent versions .php & .cgi so the site should be all site. ip: 64.17.161.222. If my ip is not being blocked, could you point me in the right direction on why my site is not showing ads?

    Thanks...

Thanks for the confirmation Shawn. My ads.txt file is only showing this:

    1112156455|216.9.35.51|

What could I be doing wrong? This was working fine for weeks.

Well. I must have been pinging from my other host - sorry about that. I have spoken with this hosting company and for some reason they were blocking the the ad server.

They can open it up and are asking what the ad server ip address and access port are. I think the ip address is: 216.9.35.57. Is there an access port # that I should tell them?

They are looking for a port range to access the ad server. Shawn can you help out with this and the right ip address? Trying to get 5 sites back up.

Thanks Shawn. My host (I looking to replace them due to this) has now unblocked the following ips: 216.9.35.51 & 216.9.35.57. I think both are ad server IPs. I know that I got one of them from the ads.txt file.

Now my host is stating that my ip is being blocked now?! I think you have checked one of them already. Can you please check the following ips to see if they are being blocked by the ad server?

    64.17.155.2
    64.17.161.222
    64.17.180.19
    64.17.177.201
    64.17.180.102

Thanks again Shawn. It is so hard to find a good hosting service. I may have to go down the dedicated route.
