No activity on my account

Hi.

I've a new account, it's 80$ and it's activated via bank transfer. I created my campaign and it's online now. But I can't see any activity.

In Ads Diagnostic Tool, it says

"You have reached and exceeded your budget."

My budget is 30$/day. Current Bids - Max CPC is 2$.

What's the problem ? How can I solve that ?

Ya i have the same problem, Ive read around and people are saying it means your account is under review.

So just give it a few days and it should be good to go, so im told.

 

Did you contact Google ? There's no review notice on the panel. I created 3 accounts with the same bank account. Will that cause any problem ?

Yes, same bank account. Also I used voucher.

 

Are you getting any impressions? If yes then your campaign/account is active. Just setup a Report for that campaign and then you will see all related clicks/impression/search terms activity.

 

No, I don't get any impressions. But it says that my campaign is online.
