My hosting was suspended without reason or email or anything

What is going on?????

We sent you explanation in ticket.

 

You are an incompetent host, you have no support available when needed, you have no protection from DOS attacks, you have ALOT of server issues related to databases, you DO NOT support natural growth in a website

Just horrible all around, you were fine up until then,

Would not recommend this to anyone who has a site with more than 50 users, otherwise you might OVERLOAD the server...

 

1. You wrote here a lot of lies.
2. You are from Australia, and it's normal that Europe Located Support cannot answer to your tickets immediately, we are live persons, not robots, we need to sleep sometimes.

We host forums which have over 30k members, without ANY problem... It's other thing if you use some abnormal scripts and overload server with it. I really dunno why you was suspended today, other guy from team was online, but he wouldn't suspend you without reason.

However, I don't see any reason for conflict... You asked us for refund, we refunded money to you without any question.

If we can help you with anything else maybe will be better to open ticket first and then to post lies on forum. We do not provide support via DP.

You just severely crippled my site now, with no reason, only reason was that your server is poorly maintained. MYSQL errors 10-20 times a day, support tickets go unanswered for 3-4 days.

I will only be happy once my money is back
