We have Quad Core Xeon x3223, 4GB RAM. But, that load and memory usage will be little high, and we cannot risk other clients cause of you. I'm sorry.
We can try, but we do not guarantee you anything.

Maybe is better to start thinking about VPS or some cheap Dedicated Server.
