    for me it's down at 16h45 i'm from belgium, it's not possible a router failed like this and no load balancing of other to take relay after a crash ? how many time must i wait ?

    main or not, it's not possible 8 hours DOWN without a answer with a submited ticket et support online don't match for me

    PS: SLA 99,9 % why ? SLA and the definition you want ?

    Tommorow the server is ON and after i recieved a reponse that i'm not interessted really

    its the datacenter thats down every server in the datacenter is down.
