    I apologize again to hadle this problem in the forum, but webt hosting doesn´t answer support tickets. They think every common question means asking for tuts. The best think is that I stopped continue "bussiness" early with this company to get in bigger troubles. I am not asking refund yet because they need thousands of dollars for a month for nothing.
    They have no time answer one line tickets, but have time to write in forum 10 line answers. It´s so funny.

    Of course you do not handle tickets ´cause you do not care of them. Look for them in your system. You answered only the first ticket. I asked you for cpanel access link and you answered "we are not learning school, google it"......why did not you anwered in my ticket that you "will be happier to help customer"?...please wake up, it´s 2009....as I mentioned I apologize to hadle this in forum.....this webt hosting garage company is not worth to spend more time for me anymore to talk about.

    Omg bentink you really need to learn customer service traits, you should have been kind enough to explain to the customer that the server ips going in IP:2082, he wasn't asking you to make a video tut for him or anything.

    This is terrible. Very unprofessional if you ask me. The 7.95 for "Unmetered RAID10 space & Unmetered bandwidth on 1GBPS" should have set off some alarms though.

    Anyway, a company is supposed to interact politely and professionally with its customers and make sure they have everything they need to access their account and manage whatever they are hosting. Replying to a support ticket by telling your client to "google it" is unheard of. Bentink, I think before you're ready to manage any sort of business you should do a little more research into how one is run. (No personal attack or offense intended - just my thoughts.)

    With actions like that, you won't find many clients around here. This thread is prime example that support is just as important as the package.

    For being honest ,
    my vps work very good now
    the upload can go up to 10 MB/s
    Only their service is bad (they never say of hello, dear customer , cheers !!!)
    This is my advice, be good with clients and never say "use putty" , "vps active" , "no money back"
    i hope that you understand what i wont to said and sorry for my baaaaad english !
