    its shared the reseller is alot dear check there site and the speed is very fast and the pages load fast and not slow or struggle or get slow speeds when loads are using it always fast even if you get loads downloading at once my site gets load of hits at once and it still fast

    Dude please dont mislead the people by accusing webthosting.com.i agree they have some minor problems.Did u read the other guy's post in the same thread?? he said their service was prompt.who in this world is perfect dude?? i am actually planning to buy their hosting.
    Bentink please tell me why many are worried about LEASEWEB.i know they cancelled many torrent sites from their hosting but will webthosting.com have any problems for hosting warez??and BTW i PMed you twice friend.i was interested to buy a package from you.i contacted you with few queries.But i dint mind coz i know u r a busy person ;)

    Here is my experience with webt hosting. I bought a hosting package and had some questions about cpanel access. It was my first support ticket I sent them where they answered following " we are not learning school, google it".
    After this answer I sent second ticket with account cancelation request, of course they did not answered at all. After that I opened dispute with paypal and now quess what happend. They changed TOS saying that they do not refund if dispute is open and deleted my access to client area.
    Now I know that the heplful and friendly hosting support is as important as hosting package offer.

    STAY AWAY this webt hosting if you looking for webhosting with pro staff.
    Webt hosting is not a solution

    You were told your cPanel address is IP:2082, you went and entered the word "IP" directly in the browser directly instead of entering the IP. You asked how to create email accounts, we do not provide such tutorials and told you to google it.

    We did not change the TOS. It is there when you signed up. You went and opened a Paypal dispute after which you are not eligible for a refund.

    Support is there for fixing issues and not making tutorials on how to make email accounts, etc. We were no way in the wrong way.

    Mate, the main issue is the customer service. Be polite and change the way you response the client enquiries. Don't just use one word or sacarstic words.

    I did have some reply from my enquiries, but the way the response, i was thinking 'is these service i will getting'', so i opt to stay away.

    And you must have the mentality to server your customer well. Most of us knows nuts about server, that's we come to hosting company like you for help..

    Just my sincere opinion.

    The service is more important than providing tutorials on how to make emails, etc to us. If you take an account with us we will assume you know how to operate accounts. If you do not I will suggest you to go to some other hosting provider who has nicely made tutorials and will help you on "how to" things.

    We can not do more if the customer enters the word "IP" itself in the browser directly instead of the IP itself.

    What are you still talking about tutorials? No one asked you for tutorials!
    Infos about cpanel access are missing in you welcome emails. They have to be asked with support ticket. This is absolutly unstandard. Have you seen any welcome emails from another hosting? Take a look at any and see diff.
    You are still talking about tutorials, probably ´cause you have no time to explain common questions and answer tickets to customers who payed you, but you have a lot of time to answer on forums. Besides your FAQ pages are almost empty. No one finds useful questions and answers. Maybe you think that FAQ pages are also providing tutorials. You are one of the garage companies which do not care of customer after receiving money. Just collecting money, no support and no guaraties. That´s my opinion and experiens and I will never recommend webt hosting anyone.
    BTW. I´m not the first who open dispute with webt hosting.

    The IP, username and password is all you need. If you do not know how to use them google it. It is not possible for us to provide such kind of learning support/tutorials to clients, such as how to make email account which you asked, at our price. Many providers provide such kind of learning support but their pricing is higher.

    And we even mentioned IP:2082 as the URL. But you entered the word IP directly in the browser which is no way in our fault and then you came to blame us in tickets you did not get anything though you got your username and password along with the IP, and opened a dispute, perhaps you are the first person to enter the word "IP" directly in the browser. It was far beyond our imagination that you will do so, otherwise we would have mentioned the IP itself followed by :2082 intstead of IP:2082

    Ok, then you should mention on your site that you are cheap, pricing lower therefore you will provide poor support. I asked you for direct link to my cpanel and you did not send me that, instead of it you sent me IP:2082, it means you do not answer directly the question customer asks you or you do not answer at all. Next, I have never asked you how to create email account, I just asked you whats the pop3 and smtp. If you can not see the diff, google it. Webt hosting has no FAQ, they change TOS everytime they like, cheap hosting means poor support, has no time for customer tickets, if you ask for refund webt hosting stop responding tickets, they paypal account is not verified. This is just my webt hosting review. Be aware!

    Good day posting all lies. And you went to such an extent that you say the Paypal account is not verified. If it was unverified we could not have transacted thousands of dollars every month.

    We can not provide you the information how to make pop3 accounts.
