Your websites looks great. The design is very modern.
The prices of the webhosting packages are very low too, which is great for starting webmasters.

I say, keep it up and I might even buy a package from you.

The design is pretty good, however you should minimize your slogan's font and maybe make your logo text a bit bolder.. it should stand out before your slogan.

While the web design is nice and clean, I have a few more questions.

What are the other properties of your web hosting service, than MB's on disk space and GB's of bandwidth? I think you should address them at some place. for example, I'm very much used to Cpanel and Fantastico. Therefore I don't buy hosting from companies using Plesk interface.

Second, if all shared hosting packages are priced at $1, why would anyone choose to buy a beginner hosting over a business hosting account? I think if you have flat pricing, then you should also have a single package that goes with it.

Third, on the order form, monthly pricing for business hosting is $1, but #32 quarterly, $120 annually etc...

Now who would pay $120 price yearly, instead of paying $1 a month, total of $12/yr?

I guess there is some confusion with your package pricing, I think you should clear that.

 

The promotional pricing is only for the first month of service. Thereafter you pay the regular price.

1. As he said, the $1 is a promotion in which you will be charged $1 for your first month, and every other month is back to regular price.

2. Yes, we do use cPanel and also Fantastico De Luxe.

A few thoughts:
-The website design itself is GREAT. One of the best I've seen in awhile
-It appears that your site only accepts paypal. Are you not able to qualify for an actual merchant account? I refuse to deal business with a company that only accepts paypal.
-The promo page is misleading and possibly illegal in the USA since you are advertising one price but then you find out later it is only valid for the first month.
-It is hard to find out what the other features of the accounts are.
-You mention bandwidth--is this monthly bandwidth?
-When I click on the reseller plans it doesn't indicate any pricing for the different plans
-I don't like having to scroll down so much every time I click "continue" to move to the next page. The big graphic in the middle is nice but maybe only on the front page.

 

1. We do have a paypal merchant account.

2. How is it hard to find out the other features? You click "More Information" and you find them all..?

3. When mentioning bandwidth we always have "/month or /mo".

4. What pages do you have to scroll on? The only I can think of is the About Us pages.
