I will raise a dispute too at paypal. Obviously this guy is clueless. Never sign up with this bullcrap provider.
As I can see that your slogan is, "Where clients matter".. Maybe you should help him in a positive attitude, via email or ticketing system. Blowingideas, please update us on how it's going after you work it out.. If you do not like the idea of not having a control panel like HyperVM, maybe switch to a host with an inhouse panel or Virtuozzo. If your new to Linux, rebuilding the OS is very useful and without a control panel it is hard to do.. If the client wasn't informed that there was no control panel, I think you should just refund him and get it over and done with. You're already on -1 iTrader.
I did, but you never replied. Actually, first I send an email to . But you reply to send a ticket. So I use the ticketing system, which I assume also sends info to . But you never replied on the ticket. I've raised the dispute at paypal. Although I think, there should be no dispute - a service provider should give a refund within 30days if customer is not happy. Well, everyone is not happy with your service. Actually, I also have three VPS from vpsland.com. It has no control panel, the node is using virtuozzo. Very good service from them. Btw, the VPS is down again, didn't do anything. LOL. But I don't mind, I already expect this from them. Thus I am now asking a refund from paypal.
We never said we had a VPS Control Panel.. no where on our websites says so. He is making up all these accusations about his VPS is down.. But, if he NEVER submits a ticket then we can't help him..
Yes, your VPS is down/offline since you opened a dispute with paypal so there is no reason for us to continue to host you. Yes, your right. We do not handle support requests via email, so if you send an email asking for support you will be asked to submit a ticket. Here is a screenshot of the ONLY ticket you submitted and you can see we replied to it after you submitted it and you NEVER replied to it again.. Link: http://i43.tinypic.com/b8ra6d.jpg
A few things to point out, cPanel on a VPS can take about four hours to install. On a Dual core dedi (Last time I did a install of it) It took around 45-60 minutes and thats a dedi packed with 2gb of ram so a vps with say, 128 well do the math I will also agree with them, please never send emails to cause 90% the address does not exist or they never check those email accounts. Support tickets is really the only way to go.
