Not true. Take me for example. I like women's arms too. It doesn't matter how many sleeveless sexy women I see on a hot summer day, I get aroused every time.

oh nice topic and discussion see here, love it but for me it's hard to think about because in my country all the women even should not show their hair.
some women don't wear bra so you can see its nipple mark under cover and it's so sexy and provoking! lol

 

I dont think it should be an offence, however there are some cultures and regulations for some specific countries, so it might not be possible.

 

For the same reason men can't show their dicks, both of them got erect.

in some country that would be allowed, but for me that would be nice it i can see nipples every where I go,not just in some country so I can see any kind nipples from every country but there's a rules, Only 20 age older can show off their nipples
