    The best answer definetly is:

e-mail google and ask them, if they say no, take adsense or the pictures off... if they say yes, if they ever change their mind they cant ban you because you as a smart guy , saved the old email as reference. :)

I can't believe the kind of bad advice I'm seeing in this thread. Just because they didn't ban you doesn't mean they allow it; as I said, all it would take is one visitor who stumbled across your site by accident, got offended, and report your page to get you reprimanded and your account flagged as a potential problem. Google RARELY gives warnings the second time.

And guys, if you're so desperate to see some nipples, here. It stopped being funny and is turning into desperation about 10 posts ago.

Jack your nipples suck as much as your negative attitude towards... well, everything. where is the desperation? Where is the bad advice? Everyone has provided their opinion.... and most have suggested he contacts Google.

relax man, it was absolutely NOTHING PORNOGRAPHIC - a single nipple dosnt turns your site into an adult business.
but i heard in some backward countries people still belive you can get blind or turn insane after you have seen nipples, but thats not the topic here....

yes, but it's not quite in that order. It's the action that comes after seeing said "nipples" that makes a person blind.

If you do end up contacting Google you'll no longer be able to claim ignorant, but that's probably OK because I don't think they care about that arguement anyways... so if they give you a firm, glass cuttingly hard, cold truth answer, post it here for us to see :)

    Google Accept this :
It is placed in the same page with an AdSense ad .
If the visible nipples are accepted I will get rich faster then I though lol .

Well, the answer is NO it is not permitted because I have a modeling site which has pictures of that sort, and G just banned that particular site from adsense. (no i am not banned completely only fo rhtat site)

My whole site is filled with modelign pictures, which involve topless and some see-through. here is what they said:

For clarification, our policy regarding adult/mature content includes any
material that may not be appropriate for all audiences. While this
includes images with nudity, it may also includes images containing lewd
poses, sheer or see-through clothing, or topless women covered only by
    hands or hair.

So whatever pictures of that sort you have TAKE THEM OFF!

I disagree with you Jack ... I think it really depends on how much money you are making google at the end of the day ...

I have clicked and reported several sites that are BLATENTLY breaking the rules - no grey areas invloved - even hardcore full penetration of penis in pussy, and after 2 months they are still serving ads ...

If the site is making G enough money serving the said ads, and 1000+ people are not complaining, then breaking the TOS seems to be overlooked ..

and BTW .... I live in Montreal .... perhaps the most sexually-liberal city in all of Canada (every 3rd downtown store is an adult book/sex toy store, or a strip club), and while yes it is true that thanks to a girl named Gwen Jacobs a few years ago, women do have the RIGHT to go topless in public without being discriminated against, there are not many women at all practising their rights, even on the beaches ...

Dont think that all the women run arouned topless in Canada, because this is VERY far from the truth.

Hehehe I'm in Montreal too!! People have big misinterpretations of Canada...

By the way it's true, I've seen MANY MANY MANY sites that have crazy things on their site, way worse than what I have, and they aren't being banned or whatever, it's frustrating. The ads i was getting from google was VERY relevant, and I have many models who come to get info in the industry, and the ads I was getting were from legitimate places who actually helped them. Now with adbrite, IT'S CRAPPPPP!!!!! My site is not a place for adult stuff, it's a modeling place, and I don't want hardcore adult ads to be there so i can't register to those kinds, so now it's hard to find something relevant but not adult! All i get now is ads about Myspace, Poker stuff, and some tv related ads. Makes no sense.

One of my gamesites was kicked from google ads due to "adult content" which included light nudity. Nipples and some bare titties.

I contacted them and the ban was for having an 'Adult' section, not the content. So, we changed the section to read 'Mature' and left the content alone and resubmitted it to the person who banned the site.

Would you believe it...they reinstated the account and ads ran until we stopped using them. No change in content, just a change in the name of the section.

In my experience Google does not ban for nipples, but they ban for the category you call the section you put the nipples in.

Hmm I disagree. I have technically no ADULT section. I have no nipples or such displayed either, nor do I have any adult content. So I asked for clarifications, this is what he said:

"For clarification, our policy regarding adult/mature content includes any
material that may not be appropriate for all audiences. While this
includes images with nudity, it may also includes images containing lewd
poses, sheer or see-through clothing, or topless women covered only by
    hands or hair".

I have a lot of topless model pics, (no nipples) ...as explained above, maybe covering by hands, hair or other. So unfortunetly, mine is banned, for that site only. I mean they are models! I have about 95 models on it and maybe 85% of them have topless pics.
