Nintendogs Fan Site - Nintendog.com (PR5)

I recently aquired this site from a well known member here. When I purchased the site I had great hopes for it as it's a great domain for this site. Since I've owned the site I've really done nothing to the site and it's just sat here. I have another site which just takes up too much of my time.

    Revenue:
I've owned the site since September 27th. It has made $47.98 in Amazon and $261.15 in adsense since I've owned it. When I first owned it I realized about two weeks later that I didn't change over all the adsense to my account.

    Total: $309.13 through 53 days.

    Search Engines:
Right now the site is ranked 18th in Google for the keyword "nintendog". I tried to optimize it for "nintendogs" but I failed. I'm no SEO expert at all. Really did some examples of things I tried before. I experienced a day and a half of downtime because of my host as well. Since then I moved to a dedicated server. This has really hurt my search engine rankings.

The site has ranked #2 for "nintendog" for so long but I get spikes where it goes up and down. I have also got it as low as #53 for "nintendogs" but since then it fell off the charts.

    MSN:
    #1 - nintendog
    #2 - nintendogs

    Google:
#71 - nintendog (I should have it back up for #1-#2 within the next week.)

    Yahoo:
    #33- nintendog

    Unique Content:
The only thing I've done with the site for unique content was added the articles on this page:
    http://www.nintendog.com/nintendogs_reviews.php

The bottom 5 are all unique articles wrote for the site which I paid someone to do for me.

Here are some of the stats here:
    www.actualsite.com/www.nintendog.com

    Stats:
The site normally gets around 400 - 500 uniques / day. I will show this information tomorrow when I get a chance to take screenshots. I know everyone will require screenshots so please be patient.

    Price:
I'm telling you now that I really don't want to sell the site. If I don't get offers that I like then I will refuse to sell. I just don't have time like I thought I would to get this site going more.

Honestly, I don't see why they would. It's helping promote their product.

    Ouch...

Looks like I need to check out my budget... great site, but $4k is a bit tight for me...

Is this an auction, or are you waiting for the BIN to be reached? (I'm the one with the $2,600 bid at namepros)

Systematize what you're doing, figure out specific do-able small tasks, outsource, and grow. :)

You only have 24 hours in a day, so use to make your things so other ppl can do it - pay them, and get more content to gain more earnings. :D

$4,000 is a BIN. It doesn't mean I would have to sell at that. Honestly, I probably wouldn't sell at what the current bid as at right now though.
