Nintendo in the past had the policy of helping domain owners with the word "Nintendo" in it to actually helping them in developping the site as long as they use it to sell THEIR products only. What do you think about Nintendo.eu.com ? Is it worth trying or asking them or just give it up because of the TM issue. I'm not sure what to do with this one.
If your only 2 options are to either give it to them without cause or to ask for their aide in creating revenue, then the answer is obvious. Worth a shot as long as you do not ask them to buy the domain when you contact them, as there is precedent that would classify you as a domain squatter in doing so.
Do you have rock solid proof of them helping someone or is it an urban legend. I'd be quite happy to see nintendo do this, I would just need to see some proof before I go ahead and ask them to help out
