good luck keeping it.. you might found someone who is willing to take risk..but for me, i won't pay 10 buck for that
why is that ? as an example, nikes.com isnt registered by Nike http://who.godaddy.com/WhoIs.aspx?domain=nikes.com&prog_id=godaddy
The key word is used in bad faith. If i was just curious about this yesterday now i m dying to see wat happens. Good luck to those guys as well.
no way... in case u dont know nike is a greek word for vistory, nikes is the female word of a name....always in greek
nope... i dont want to sell. Maybe selling the domain or having a simple link directory about sport. a lil correction Nike(pron. Neke) is victory in Greek(its also a Greek first name), i misspelled c for s i really think that's funny when someone has TMed a word from a greek vocabulary. I mean, without being an expert on this, i find it more logical to have a TM for a word and logo together. Just the word means nothing So if i have a site for my daughter thats called Nike under the domain www.lovelynike.com with a blog site about her and at the same time i run some adsense, i d be charged???? This is funny and ridicilous at the same time!!! PS: we Greeks have an advantage on this as many words are just on our vocabulary, we dont use them as trademarks.
