Night Shift or Day Shift?

Ei guyz, which one do you prefer to work, night shift or day shift?

My work is night shift and I can say its a little bit hard work on night shift.

What's your opinion?

 

Unless you're a vampire, the day shift has gotta be better. You get a proper sleep cycle with the day shift, and can go out to shops more easily etc.
Do you get up at 'normal' times when you don't have work that day?

I did 18 hour shift ones and had to work over night. I loved it lol you kindoff lose it upstairs, get hiped up on coffie and redbull and then its just like being a zombie...

 

I don't have a job but i work from home and the best time for me is in the night ....

 

I also work 18 hours a day. 10 hours for my regular/day job and 8 hours for my part time job. I'm productive in both day time and night time.

I am working in night shift and I am not facing any problem in that.

Night shift. I start going at about 8pm. Unfortunately my real job is day shift work.

 

I Like working days since i sleep better not working nights. Terrible sleeping pattern for about a decade.

Now i can enjoy life

 

I prefer day shifts by far. I tried switching to a day sleep schedule once. Long story short, it didn't work. I actually went to sleep once during the day, woke up 9 hours later, but went back to bed after only an hour and slept another 10 hours. And I'm not even a long sleeper!!
