Does anyone know what are the good niches to develop in and make serious money? I know the proxy niche is forever growing and very profitable as are myspace sites, gaming sites and/or fansites.

So, what niches do you think are good to make money?

my myspace site didn't make any money :(

my favorite niche is sports right now, for some reason I'm getting a lot more traffic and clicks then I expected...

How about the directory business? They have been around like forever.

For the amount you have to spend... Proxies, definitely. I spent $10 each for mine and made that back in around 4 days...

Why not? Did you try to promote your myspace site?

I haven't looked into that yet. Are they good?

Well, I bought one for $15, promoted it for a week and sold it for $40.

Have bought two more for around $10~; first one has made $6 in three days, second one has made $5.5 in two days :)

It really depends how you're planning on making the money. If you can find a good consumer product that's becoming popular, why not build a site around it?

I recommend the pharma niche. The affiliates I manage make quite a lucrative profit!

It's your job to find a good niche, but maybe you're looking into different markets? Selling links is good so far.. not sure how long it will last however.

Yeah, I tried, but I probably didn't market it the right way, or to the right audience or something... But I think different people are good at promoting different types of sites... Probably stick to what you know, that's why I'm doing better with other niches rather then myspace... I'll leave the myspace stuff to the teen females :)
