Hi Laxmi, (love your name!) just to be simple, a niche is a really specific or specialized interest in a particular product or service. Think of doctors. You have your general practitioner, or GP, meaning your family doctor, and then you have specialists, like neurologists, podiatrists, opthamologists, etc... that is their "niche" within the medical field. So far as the internet goes it means that say you want to sell bras, but not just any old bras, you wanted to sell wire free, push up low cut padded bras - well that would be your niche, or what you could call your specialty. So on your website you would only carry wire free, push up low cut padded bras and nothing else. Hope that helps,
