Selling Niche Wordpress Blog Creation v2 (Unique OR Automated) - Cheapest

Now i will be offering two versions or packages:

1. UNIQUE BLOG
- I will put a pro blog on your unused or used domain per niche it is aiming at
OR
I can choose the domain for you (will be researched in order to get high in serps) - Then add $10 to the price for domain
- I will write 8 (or more if prefered) unique, researched and copyscaped articles
- I will put a premium wordpress theme with latest updates (worth $59) and make it unique with all new graphics(logo, header, headline, navigation bars...)
- I will install essential plugins like All in One SEO plugin, Google sitemap creator, maxblog ping optimizer, statspress plugin, smart seo links, simple tags...and more
- Basic SEO will be provided
- I will use pictures aside articles that won't have any copyright problems (stock photos)
- I will add some videos to the blog
- I will monetize the blog with either Adsense, Clickbank, Amazon...as you wish
- I will transfer everything to your host

PRICE: $50/blog OR if i am buying domain for you then price is $60

2. AUTOMATED BLOG
- Pretty much all the same except posts will be pulled automatically from RSS feed bades on your niche.
-OR if you prefer posts pulled in by RSS feed will get rewritten with a plugin - that will make your posts slightly less readable, but nevertheless, unique to the searh engines.

PRICE: $15/per blog or if i am buying domain for you, then price is $25.

For special wishes and arrangements, everything can be worked out.
