I am currently offering my services to develop unique niche sites for members on DP. I recently completed this site for a member which is the general idea of what you can expect. All the articles are free to publish and legal to display on your site. All articles are all well formatted so you only have to worry about marketing the site and earning cash! The sites I develop are SEO friendly, with keyword rich page names, related articles in the sidebar, news feeds on the homepage to keep content fresh, etc. This is how it would work. You suggest a certain topic to me (you may even have a particular domain you want to develop) I do the research, and if it's possible for me to build a mini content site (at least 10 pages, more then likely 20+ pages) then I'll give you the go ahead.
