Niche Website/Blog with 25k visitors a month - (how to monitize)

    Have friends with a Niche website with over 25k organic visitors a month. The site is a do it yourself blog on how to move to another country/city

    The site along with it's youtube channel brings in around $300 a month in adsense - and is selling 15 to 30 copies a month of a ebook at $20 bucks.

    What are some other ways to monetize the site and turn that traffic into CASH$$$?

    30 copies @ 20$ + 300$ from adsense is 900$ a month off 25k uv's, thats an eCPM of 180$ which is already incredible in my opinion, my average ecpm is around 1$

    Yeah and without the ebook the site is not monetized, was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. As this is a new venture for the owners and are not tech/internet savvy.

    Also does anyone have experience with selling ad space to local businesses, say hotels and restaurants? What could be charged for the ad space, how to sell them?
