Built this site earlier this year for someone who never took possession of it and instead of just letting it sit i decided to develope it some.

Site has a great keyword rich (.com) domain name and is registered at Godaddy.

The site supplies sports picks to people in sports pools or sports contest etc from pro sports services. The site does not link to any gambling sites or advertise any gambling services so it its 100% adsense safe. It really is a great idea and angle for a very solid per click paying adsense niche. Source for content will be supplied to the new site owner. Site is built using wordpress so it is very easy to manage and maintain and only takes a few minutes to update.

The site is well indexed and has some developing backlinks but the site could use a little more SEO work as it is not really my strong suit. With some more SEO developement this site could really sky rocket as it has a lot of potential.

The site has been a consistent adsense money maker and is averaging a little over $60 per month. Adsense earnings continue to show growth as the site traffic increases as the site ages and links develope.
