So you have a site that makes $800 a month, but instead of keeping it this month you are going to sell it for $800. That makes perfect sense because if you keep it then you'll earn $800 per month every month.
Can't have that. Using simple math it wouldn't be good to keep the site because you'll earn way more than $800 in a short amount of time.

I don't know if this bothers anyone besides me, but the premise of the website is dishonest to begin with. It is selling 5 star reviews for apps. Sure you can line up a bunch of people in some poor country to crank out reviews for an app at a low cost. But if that app is poor or crap based on the people's experience who are actually buying the app, this site provides a service that attempts to get around that with lies. I'd love to own a web business that generates $800 a month and to buy that site for 1X earnings. But my greed is tempered by the whole premise. If the site is selling fraud, defeating honest ratings, what can I believe about the information offered here as to the site's earnings.

 

Why $800 if you earn that every month?. i dont think you would be that happy if you sell that cheap, (in case this is not a scam)

Can you tell me how you've managed to value this site at $12000? When your net earnings, well from the information you've given us, total $948.20. And if it has made $800+ last month alone, why have you missed out this information? Surely this is a crucial selling point of your website, it seems a little strange that you've blacked out any proof we may have.

 

The point is I had it at a fair price and got flamed for attempting to sell something I dont want anymore.
So I bumped the price up so no one buys it.
The people on this forum don't deserve to succeed online.

He tries to sell a site and refuses to spend 10 minutes of his precious time to show people the income screenshots.

There is not a chance in hell that this sale was legitimate.

 

You are the amateur and its not a flame. The world expects that if something makes $800 a month its worth more than $800 to purchase.
