Selling Niche site w/ Unique Content - Earnings from Adsense + Affiliate (CJ +Flex)

All site content is unique. Site is already indexed and gets organic traffic but its still moderate as i have done little to no promotion. Site has a great keyword (.com) domain name registered at godaddy (free push) to winner.

Site has earnings from adsense and Site has affiliate earnings from both Flexoffers and Commission Junction converting 3 prepaid applications so far making $17.00. With everyone being accepted for these prepaid cards they convert well affiliate wise. Also this one of the better adsense price per click niches.

Site simply needs some time put into advertising and promotion and a little SEO work and i simply don't have time for it. With the unique content and a few links the site should get a solid PR rating on next update.

Yes its an add on domain and like caricky mentioned ya can see the site url clearly in the browser , it is as advertised.

Site has had no paid traffic , the traffic now is organic. I have done a little backlink work but its modest at best and basically that is the area the site needs work in , SEO and promotions to get it to the next level.
