Niche Site: Unique, Subscription site Making Approx 1-2k per month...

I looked the site but I feel its a bit over priced................ wil you show me should I decide to buy it how to run it and make it successful? as I mentioned in my pm it would be alot cheaper to make my own and use the supplier for the scrript although I wonder about the success of a totally new site....I do like yours...........but again you ARE asking too much for it I will be curious to see IF ANYONE HERE gives up 5000-8000 for your site.

PayPal has been very supportive of the site, I have only had a few people submit for refunds, of which they were declined, that is paypal backed me, short of the exceptions I made for peole that renewed that forgot to cancel subscriptions, which had obviously not logged in in a while.

Domain is @ OnlineNIC, it is a simple transfer process.

Hosting is basic Mambo req. PHP, and MySQL

Overpriced: Site is not overpriced, it has made $6000-$7000 in approx the first 5 months of it being opened, average and multiply that by 10 to 15 months you will come up with between $10,000 and $15,000+

Script: What script are you talking about? There is no paid proxy script on this site, the service we offer our subscribers is custom, so reproducing our system is very unlikely, though you are welcome to try, there are many proxy systems on the web, though ours is niche specific.


BIN INFO:

I am going to make a BIN price of $12,000. Though, I will not officiate any type of sell until after the 1st of the year. This is to give me time to verify that the new owner will be serious about the "SIMPLE" maintaining of the site.

 

why not sell it to DRT guys?

 

The owner of D.R.T. is far to busy with his own projects: such as Plesmo, Premiumdrops, etc. I chose to make it an auction because it gets more exposure here.
