Selling Niche Site - Slow But Steady Amazon Income, Search Traffic

I'm looking to sell this domain quickly to put together some cash.

Site is a 3-year-old Wordpress blog. A lot of content is unique to the site, though there was a period when I tried adding 'auto post' RSS items with poor success. I deleted a lot of those half-posts, but some remain.

I have updated the site once since mid-2009. However, it still receives traffic (avg 872 uniques / month) and income. It's an evergreen topic with great on-page optimization and well-written content, at least in terms of the full pages / posts.

The site's average income is $21.97 per month going back 22 months (to Jan. 2010). Nearly all of it is via Amazon, though $15 or so is from the Adsense ad.

Payments accepted via PayPal and expected within 48 hours of auction's end (or you can buy it instantly). The domain is registered at Namecheap, and I will transfer ownership of the domain over to you after confirmed payment.

The site is hosted using Cpanel, so you can mirror the content I think. If not, I can create a zip backup. Also, I'll leave the domain active on my servers until the DNS has resolved to your nameservers.
