Selling Niche Site Ranking on First Page of G with 2900 EXACT Searches Per month

Hi

Im deciding whether to sell a niche site related domain and content. The domain has an exact search for a keyword thats searched 2900 times on Google.com . Domain is .com which is extremely rare and 2 words only.

It also ranks first page for another related keyword with 1300 EXACT searches. So combined the 2 kw gives you 4200 EXACT searches on Google.com alone!. The site already ranks on page one for BOTH keywords and the competition is very low. Niche is gadgets related and CPC for main keyword is $4.24 and sub keyword $0.19.

I'm not revealing the name here for obvious reasons, so PM me if you need more info. I only give out the info to people that i think are interested. Offer me a price range which you are willing to pay based on my data above. I wont reply to those without a price offer, so dont waste both our times if you are not interested.

 

What is your monthly adsense income for this property?

Has this site been sold yet? What are the "obvious" reasons for not revealing the name? Everyone else onhere seems to think it's okay when selling a site. I'm confused. Perhaps I don't understand the process.
