Selling Niche Site Ranked Page 1 of Google With Multiple Keywords

I'm selling a niche site (sites for adsense and amazon affiliate programs)due to lack of time and i have other sites and projects to work on . The site is fairly new (assume no revenue) but it's ranked Page 1 of Google.com for the main keyword "million candlepower" and sub keywords "million candle power" and "million candlepower spotlight". The articles and content on the site is 100% unique and written by professional writers.

Combined EXACT searches for all the 3 keywords total at 7900 in the US ALONE. What's more is that this is a 2 word .com domain so it's worth more than the usual long tail domains that people use for niche sites. Auction starts at 10$ , increment 10$ , 24hours and no BIN. I have placed a reserve but i will not disclose it publicly. The last bidder might not be the winning person, keep this in mind.
