Niche Site for Sale: Unique Content, High Potential, Affiliate Driven

A 10 page website about the Grand Canyon. It is designed to be used with four different affiliates simultaneously:
    1. UnitedGrandCanyon.com(affiliate program for 3 air tour companies)
    2. Expedia.com
    3. Amazon.com
    4. BentGear.com(backpacking gear)

I've designed the site to mesh with the affiliate programs well. Expedia can plug in with the 3 hotels I have listed. Amazon can plug in with the 3 books. UnitedGrandCanyon plugs in with the 3 air tours. For BentGear I recommend just putting an affiliate banner ad on the backpacking page, as there are no products per se for sale there. All you need to do is get an account with these companies(free and easy), use their link builders, and plug in a link to where I have it all ready. Also, once your an affiliate with Expedia I would recommend putting a generic banner ad on the site. That way not only do you get the specific hotel bookings, but also the possibility of their air travel, car bookings, etc.

    • All content is written by me and is unique
    • Buyer gets full rights, I am only selling this once
    • Over 100,000 searches in overture for Grand Canyon
    • The website is optimized to the keyword "Grand Canyon"
    • Fantastic earning potential on this!

The site also comes with the domain name thegrandcanyonsite.com

Currently the site is hosted on another domain name I was using, http://bookshelfchats.com

I built the site using SiteBuilder through my host, siteground.com. When I run it through textalyser or some other keyword analyzer it for some reason analyzes the HTML code in addition to the text. Everything appears normal in the browser and looks fine, just didn't know if that was normal or not and wanted the buyer to know that.

This is my first site I'm selling so please don't assume I know all the proper etiquette and protocol for selling a site.

The domain name is registered through GoDaddy.com, so you must have an account with them for me to transfer it to you. (you get thegrandcanyonsite.com, not bookshelfchats)

The site is new, so there is no traffic or revenue.

The aesthetics of the site could use a little bit of improvement, but I'm not a graphic designer and thought it would be best to leave it to the buyer to decide how they would like it to look.

There are a bunch of public domain Grand Canyon photos you can use for building this site at: http://www.nps.gov/archive/grca/photos/

How many words are the articles total? I ask because now it's a blank WP install.

    Well,

it was I think around 3,000 some words, but now that I went looking for it it appears I somehow lost most of it.

I didn't like the format and thought wordpress would be better for it, so i copied and pasted all the info into a text document and was going to take it from there to wordpress. somehow i lost probably 3 or 4 articles in the process.

it's alright though, i wasn't overly pleased with the site and content and i think i can do a better job. a fresh start might be good. i don't think im going to sell it anymore either. i think this will be a good learning experience for me of how to make money from a website.
