Selling Niche site - Earning w/Adsense - (.com) domian- Sports Predictions

Here is a sports predictions and picks niche website. The site has a great keyword rich (.com) domain name registered at Godaddy. I have had some success with a couple of other projects in two other niches and i need to trim down some of my other sites to be able to put more time into these larger sites. The site is adsense approved and is in a solid per click paying and low comp niche. The site does not promote any gambling sites simply provides sports predictions and picks making it a great way to get into this niche using adsense. Adsense screen shots for April-May supplied below , so far this month to date the site has made almost $11 via adsense.


The site traffic has risen consistently for the past 4 months and the site is showing some solid growth and even more potential. Site received over 1200 unique visitors last month. Some back link work has been done and it is just now starting to develop.


This would be a great site to get now because it could really explode come football season since football gathers more attention by far not only in the wagering area but for tons of random picks contest. The site has been listed and ranks very well on some key direct link top site list which brings in some great direct niche related traffic but will also raise the sites serp ratings quickly.
