    Hi, I am selling my niche website which is currently seating in my server. The reason why I would like to sell this website is because I cannot update and promote it anymore. I am also moving on with a new project and will need a start up money to proceed with it.

    The site is currently ranked on page 1-3 for different keywords. Expect a small number of visitors only since I am not promoting it anymore. The site gets visitors from search engine mainly Google and Bing.

    The site is Amazon ready and it is easy to update. It uses Wordpress as its platform and has some plugins that will help in optimizing the site. The site is mainly about coffee maker machines and you can easily earn from it by writing reviews and inserting your Amazon affiliate link.
