    Hi everyone,

    I am selling my site Air-purifierz.com, its a niche site with over 12k content. The site is fully optimized on-site and has a clean (almost unique) theme.

    You'll get a main keyword with 27k US searches and 14 sub-keywords with searches between the 1,000 and 9,900 monthly.

    Without any backlinking done ranks the site on 13 of the 15 keywords. Not very good but it ranks, a good backlink campagn should boost the SERPs.

    12,000 x 0,02 = 240 dollar, the reserve is only 200 dollar!
