Is this site legal? You're using basketball players pictures to promote your products, can the players sue you?

 

Not to promote my products. I provide a service of free layouts and as it says per the site.
All image are copy written to their respective owners.
If it were illegal EVERY SINGLE backgrounds website, graphics website, etc... would be in the dog house.
So no I do not believe that it is illegal.
