Buying Niche Related Sites - (1 Year Old, w/content) - Cheap - No Earnings Needed

    Hello,

    I m looking to buy some "Niche RElated site" to do some new link building experiements with. So, I am not looking to pay alot of these sites, as I am not looking for them have any earnings or anything on them. I do have a couple requirements for them which i am listed below:

    • At least 1 Year old
    • Have a fair amount of content on it (20+ articles)
    • NO Penalties in Google
    • No Duplicate Content
    • Niche Specific
    As I mentioned it doesn't need any earnings so i am not looking to pay alot. If you have something please send me your site and how much you want for it.
