    Why are you selling this site?
    Extra site i am no longer focusing on the niche.


    How is it monetized?
    Adsense

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No but site does have recipes linked on Pinterest.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Only time investment needed is added SEO work and addition of new recipe content.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    None


    Site has unique content with a premium wordpress theme and already has some back link work done , shows with a solid DA: 16 and PA: 22 rating. Site needs some time and added SEO work and it could easily rank high in serps for some its keywords with some additional long tail keywords as well.

    Domain is at godaddy.com and will be transferred to your account and all site files sent over.

    Sites gets a few clicks here and there from adsense but for sake of auction treat as no revenue.

    Great site for someone already in the recipe niche or a starter site for anyone looking to add a site with the set up work already all complete.

    Get a small amount from adsense with some clicks here and there. Made $5-6 bucks over last few months so not much so i listed with no rev.
