Would it be okay to have a directory of Radio sites for Radios targetted at a Regional Market and Niche? a directory resource of links to radios dealing with only that niche market not major players just independent small local radios with very low exposure - this resource would help people find them. link to the radio site and live radio feed if they have them online. with some other info like location and contact info... my legal issue is, would it be okay to link to the live feeds? would those small radio stations ask me to remove the feeds? I have seen this done but I am not sure how legal it would be to link a feed you can find at Windows Media Player's site or other internet radio related sites like live365 I would like to have all my homework done before I start on the directory design. any ideas?
I am still trying to reseach if linking radio streams would be okay for my radio directory? I use iTunes to listen to many radio streams... is that not the same as having a directory of linked streams?
