Selling Niche Prepper/Survival Info Site - PR 1 - Unique Content

Niche prepper/survival information web site set up on wordpress. Site has a great keyword rich (.com) domain name that is registered at godaddy. Site is well indexed and has a steady and growing traffic flow. I simply have no more time to put into writing for the site anymore and its only site i have in niche so interest has dwindled. But this is a low competition and growing niche.

The site contains all unique content (17) articles in all. This is a great site for someone looking for a site with all the start up work done and just wants to build upon a solid foundation. It would make a great site for affiliate sales of products in the niche but i am not very good at affiliate marketing.

The site has made some money via adsense a little over $75 in last few months with no real promotion or SEO work done so it has a lot of potential.

The site also has a few paid links that the new owner can cash in on at renewal time , i will supply all link info to buyer so he can contact link buyers to renew link spots. These links are worth (5 links = $75) and more if PR rises on next update which can be easily done with a little link work. These links must remain on site until renew dates. Still room for plenty more added paid links as well !

The content on site and its growth potential are worth the low asking price so the previous earning are just an added bonus.


Free domain push to your godaddy account and i will sent new owner site files and database or supply needed info to move site.

 

got a question about reserve price , there is no reserve and not sure why one was added likely an error setting up auction. I edited it out and threw some of other info out of whack too so just read description for all accurate info.

 

can you show last 30 days adsense earning?

 

It has made between $7-10 dollars each of last 2 months with no effort cept for a couple articles. don't have screen shots just this min but PM me if your really interested and i can try and get them to u.

 

Like rest of the info this auction the end time also is set incorrectly was supposed to be set to end today and not in 7 days. Not sure what is wrong with this setup but a simple edit altered all of the original information and stats. so auction will be ended at noon today (central time US) for anyone else interested in bidding.
