Niche PR4 Active Directory

    I am selling my niche PR4 directory to fund promotion on my other sites. This is an active directory that is growing and is getting submissions every day.

    Link Popularity Check is showing over 1,700 back links in the major search engines. The site has earned around $90 over the past 5 months. There are 3 home page links that need to remain till Dec. 2007

    Web Directory - Social Networking Niche - Great Name - Easy to run with full backend.
    This is a deirectory i purchased not so 2 months ago, it was running the free version of PHPLD but i have upgraded that to v3 paid version and purchased a nice template for it. I have also submitted it to 500 other directories so that should help in the next PR update. At the moment i have it on free listings to build the links up but the old owner stated he made around $90 in a month by selling links. I can not confirm this but i am sure it could as i have had many many free submissions since i took it over

    Stats are from when i took it over at the end of Jan 2007

    I paid for the template and will be adding some more tweaks also.

    NO I have a hosting company you can host with me or move the site. I have this on a $3.50 package of mine

    What about Sponsors and Affiliates?
    Dont have any, just the other txt links on the right must be kept til December
