Niche PR3+ Links- Need some Guidance

    I would like some help making partnerships with PR3+ website owners in the auto/car niche.

    How do I approach these websites and engage for a link on their page?

    When a page is found what are the steps to be sure its a good link.

    I am looking for pages with less then 10 outgoing links and from clean sites.

    Other ideas?

    Just email them and tell them whats up. You might need to offer them some money or something

    You can use dmoz.org, go to your category and see the sites and contact them by email or contact form.
