Niche portal

Hi,

I am looking to build an information portal for a particular niche market, and within this site will be information on a variety of products but also i am looking to provide links within certain pages to external websites. I can use dreamweaver and basic php, but after reviewing the site have realised that it is going to number several hundred pages. I was wondering if anyone could suggest any software or type of software, preferably "out of a box", which i could customise to suit, your help is apreciated

You can use Wordpress..

 

I thought wordpress was essentially a bloggers tool?

 

Originally it was but it's progressed a lot and with the many templates and plug-ins you can do virtually anything with it. Check it out, it's well worth your time.

I have come accross the idea of lead generation, but what industries are best to work in, ie payment etc
