    The site

    The site is a few years old and holds good authority in Google - it used to be a PR2 but some backlinks have disappeared.

    It's in the Bittorrent niche, but only discusses BitTorrent sites, there's nothing illegal on the site at all, and Adsense has been on the site for a long time with no issues.

    Traffic

    Most of the traffic comes from Google, and is mostly from countries like UK and US (good for high Adsense clicks).

    There was a lot more traffic at the start of the year when I updated the site regularly. There is a lot of traffic from Reddit, and the spikes in traffic are from a story going viral on Reddit and a couple of related forums.

    Along with Reddit, there are a couple of forums which it's worth submitting stories to - I'll pass the information to the buyer.

    On the Analytics screenshot there's a short time with no analytics info - this is because I changed theme and forgot to add the analytics code.

    Income

    Adsense screenshot attached.

    The site gets about $5/month from Adsense, however for a few months there was hardly any Adsense earnings - this is because I took off most of the ads to try out an affiliate program instead, but it didn't work out so I put adsense back on and the income has come back.

    Note that the screenshot is in UK pounds, so multiply by 1.7 to get US dollars.

    Updating

    The site is updated by copying and pasting announcements (I find these from a couple of forums - again, the info will be given to the buyer) and adding a couple of lines of unique text. Since the announcement is in quotes and there's some unique text as well, it doesn't seem to register as duplicate content - I've never had any duplicate penalty.

    I'll provide all sources to the buyer.

    Just to give a bit of perspective - when I don't update the blog it gets about 50-70 uniques per day. Yesterday I published two new articles (took 2 minutes) and submitted one to Reddit, and the site got 250 uniques (mostly from Reddit) and some Adsense earnings.

    Basically, update the blog regularly and it will make money.
